Chelsey Costa is Pony’s graduated apprentice and first year tattooer. She started her apprenticeship in early 2023. Chelsey loves to do American Traditional tattoos but with a cute twist, and silly little cartoons and critters.
Chelsey’s hourly rate is $120 per hour. She will have predesigned flash available. Custom work must be booked in advance. A $60 non-refundable deposit is required to book for the convention.
